Correct als men via de QR code de E-LAbel bekijkt is het niet toegestaan om via deze link ook marketing info te bekijken.
Daarom is de U-LAbel mogelijkheid voor zo een link, bijv naar de wijngaard website, niet langer operationeel.
De E-Label entry van een dergelijk link entry is komen te vervallen

In the latest version of their Q&A published on 24 November, the European Commission stated that no marketing information, not even the company's website address, could feature on wine regulatory e-labels. To be on the safe side and avoid lengthy discussions of definition, it has been decided to hide the link to companies' websites at the bottom of existing e-labels (and to close this option for new ones).

Although not yet subject to the same regulation, spiritsEUROPE decided to follow the same rules as for wine in order to safeguard the potential of benefiting from the same rules in 19 months when the Commission will put a revised FIC proposal on the table. (for other alcoholic drinks,not wine)
